By becoming a member, you play a direct role in providing the AHC with a dependable source of funding that allows us to take on new projects and develop innovative approaches to conservation, environmental education and research, silent sport recreation and promotion of sustainable forest management in the Algoma Highlands for years to come. It is your donations and membership fees that make the Conservancy’s work possible!

How to Join

There are several ways to become a member:

  1. PayPal can be used to pay for your membership securely from your PayPal account or from your credit card. You do not need a PayPal account to donate through PayPal.

  2. Memberships can also be purchased by cheque, payable to the “Algoma Highlands Conservancy” to either our American or Canadian offices at the addresses provided below. Please provide your full contact information (i.e. name, mailing address, telephone number and e-mail address) to facilitate generation of your receipt. An email address assures prompt communication should a question arise, and helps conserve paper!

  3. Drop off your membership donation directly at the AHC office located in the Stokely Clubhouse loft.  Stokely Clubhouse office hours are Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9:00am-5:00pm.

If you are giving the gift of membership please include the contact information (i.e. name, mailing address, e-mail address) of the person you are gifting to, so that we can mail them their membership card and thank you note acknowledging your gift.

Tax Receipts will be issued for all gifts of $20.00 or more (US or Canadian). The Algoma Highlands Conservancy is a registered Canadian charity. AHC also has 501(c)(3) status from the U.S. Internal Revenue Service. The AHC respects donor privacy and will not give/sell donor contact information.
